Rolling Stock Mechanic

Red Salmon Cannery is looking for rolling stock mechanics that would be willing to work at our plant from early May until the end of July. This is a perfect job for retirees, semi retirees or anyone looking for seasonal work.

The rolling stock mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of all facility rolling stock including forklifts, flatbeds, pallet jacks and all company vehicles.

This is a seasonal role, typically running from May through July. We work 10-12 hour days, seven days a week depending on the season. The plant is located is a remote area of Alaska with limited amenities.
